This is even harder to those lazy students. Mentors are the ones responsible in treating these lazy bones among them. They should stay with these students regardless of the difficulty of your effort. First, teachers should be open-minded. They should consider that students donââ¬â¢t have only one subject ââ¬â that is your subject- and they have to think about their other subjects. They may have six or more subjects to think about and their teachers maybe also give them a task to accomplish. Teachers should understand that. Teachers may think that the task is easy, but you need not to forget that they also have other subjects, which might require more difficult tasks. Second, teachers should be good motivators, considering that students have different interests. Even the lazy students have motivations, and teachers should discover them. As much as teachers reward good students, they should also reward lazy students if they ever participate in class activities. These rewards should not necessarily be gifts or material. Just a praising word like ââ¬Å"good jobâ⬠is enough. When students feel an experience of inner accomplishment and satisfaction, he is more likely to become motivated. Third, they should give the students choices. They need to feel like they have some power and control over their educational experience. Let them work. Act as facilitator. Create opportunities where lazy students can participate. Do not only teach the students but get them involved in class. Teachers should remember important points: The lazy students may not work-unless they are motivated. And, they have to give rewards for accomplishments. Otherwise, motivation may not continue.

Organ Transplantation and Ethical Considerations In February 2003, 17-year-old Jesica Santillan received a heart-lung transplant at Duke University Hospital that went badly awry because, by mistake, doctors used donor organs from a patient with a different blood type. The botched operation and subsequent unsuccessful retransplant opened a discussion in the media, in internet chat rooms, and in ethicists' circles regarding how we, in the United States, allocate the scarce commodity of organs for transplant. How do we go about allocating a future for people who will die without a transplant? How do we go about denying it? When so many are waiting for their shot at a life worth living, is it fair to grant multiple organs or multiple transplants to a person whose chance for survival is slim to none? And though we, as compassionate human beings, want to help everyone, how far should our benevolence extend beyond our borders? Are we responsible for seeing that the needy who come to America for help receive their chance, or are we morally responsible to our own citizens only? Rationing scarce resources presents an ethical challenge. I believe that since available organs are so scarce, it is imperative that the utility of donated organs be maximized. In this paper, I suggest that organ allocation be rooted in distributive justice, which demands that equals be treated equally and unequals be treated unequally. I will explore this formal principle and the substantive criteria of equality, need and efficacy (maximum survivability) as they relate to the just allocation of organs for transplant. Section A: Bill Gates was the former CEO of the computer software giant Microsoft. It was not purely on inherited merit or luck that he was able to lead and maintain Microsoft, one substantial attribution to the success of Microsoft was due to the leadership style of Bill Gates. The main philosophy that Bill Gates used was autocratic leadership. Autocratic leadership can be defined as: a person who maintains most of the decision making process for themselves (DuBrin A.J., 2013). An advantage of the autocratic leadership style was that corporate decisions were made more efficiently, if Bill were a democratic or consultative leader, it might have taken longer for Microsoft to seize primary markets of interests. Teaching English pronunciation is a challenging task with different objectives at each level. This guide on how to teach pronunciation provides a short overview of the main issues to be addressed at each level, as well as pointing to resources on the site, such as lesson plans and activities, that you can use in class to help your students improve their English pronunciation skills. When I first heard that Bush was making a remix album I was not too excited. Who would want an album with the same old Bush songs with a disco beat in the background? Then for my birthday I received Deconstructed. I could not have been more wrong about the album. When I put the album into my stereo, the first song Everything Zen came blasting on. Because this is one of my favorite Bush songs I thought I could sing right along, but it did not sound like the original. I was shocked: it was not the same song put to a disco beat. Bush, with the help of several dance mix artists, had completely rewritten the songs. The next song was Mouth. This is probably the most familiar song on the album because it is on the soundtrack An American Werewolf in Paris. The album contains several familiar Bush songs but in a new light.
